Here it is, in all its glory, the mix Ghost Gumshoe spends the most time over (and under) thinking: the Monsterhouse 98 year end mix for this our year Two Thousand Twenty Four. While 2024 the year was filled with things I’d rather not dwell on and most certainly had its unthinkable horrors–it was also a year of beautiful music and art, and that is what I hope to reflect on here and share with you. Gumshoe’s listening continues to be consumed with new discoveries and genres and that is plain to be seen in the tracklist and sounds contained, yet there are favorites and familiar artists present throughout as well.
